Product availability, delivery availability, prices, and payment methods shown by the site can change. Review the final product, fulfillment, recipient, address, schedule, and total shown at checkout before continuing.

• You are responsible for providing accurate customer, recipient, delivery, contact, and payment information and for reviewing your selected product options and card-message text.
• The checkout shows the order total and available fulfillment and payment options before payment. A submitted order is subject to payment authorization and fulfillment availability.
• Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Intuit QuickBooks Payments. The selected provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice to its payment service.
• Keep your confirmation and order reference. Contact us promptly if a confirmation is missing or an order detail is incorrect.

Product images may be AI-generated and are provided for illustrative purposes. Every floral arrangement is handcrafted. Fresh flowers naturally vary, and availability can change, so the finished arrangement may vary slightly in appearance, color, size, or composition while following the selected arrangement’s pictured style.

Product descriptions, selected options, and the checkout summary are part of the order information. Contact us before ordering if a particular flower, color, dimension, or other detail is essential.

The current storefront offers delivery within Los Angeles where checkout confirms availability. Our business hours are Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–1:00 AM. Delivery windows are offered in 30-minute increments during those hours. The earliest offered time accounts for at least six hours of preparation.

Provide a complete address, recipient phone number, access details, and delivery instructions. Check the available date and window shown at checkout for the specific order. If an order is missing or there is a delivery issue, call +1 (818) 770-2509 and provide the order reference.

To request cancellation, call +1 (818) 770-2509 as soon as possible. A cancellation request made within one hour of purchase is eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Contact us promptly about a missing order, fulfillment problem, or quality concern. Refund timing can also depend on the selected payment provider. These policies do not limit any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.

Protect your password and notify us if you believe an account has been used without permission. You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payment information, or abuse an account or order workflow.
